Number 3 in my set of images from Oregon Star Party. This one includes emission nebula NGC6820 surrounding open cluster NGC6823 (see annotated low-res version), again in the direction of the core of the Milky Way from our viewpoint. Also visible are many dark clouds of dust, in addition to the dense star field and emission nebula features that I thought made this an interesting framing. Particularly prominent is a large column of (mostly) hydrogen in the emission nebula.

This image data was extremely challenging to process, because of the nebula detail being behind a dense mass of foreground stars. I tried various different strategies and may have to go around this again at some point.
